SocialHalo is a social media analytics app for creators.
SocialHalo connects the TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts you already own and shows how your posts are performing in one place. It reads your own analytics, finds the patterns in what worked, and links every conclusion back to the exact post it came from.
It is built for creators, social media managers, and small agencies who have to decide what to post next and want a reason for the decision. SocialHalo is operated by Frontier Digital Marketing and runs at socialhalo.io.

One creator’s three accounts in a single view. This is the demo workspace, open to anyone at socialhalo.io/demo, with no account needed.
What SocialHalo does
Your accounts in one place
Connect the TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts you own. SocialHalo pulls in your posts, your metrics, and your audience data, so you stop opening four tabs to answer one question.
The reason a post worked
Views tell you a post did well. SocialHalo tells you why: which openings held attention, and when your audience is actually watching.
Every claim links to the post behind it
Nothing is a black-box score. Each conclusion cites the specific posts it came from, and you can click straight through to the post and its numbers.
How SocialHalo uses your Google account data
Connecting a YouTube channel is optional. If you do connect one, SocialHalo asks Google for read-only access to that channel through the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API, and uses it to build the dashboards and written insights inside your own workspace. Here is exactly what that covers.
What SocialHalo reads
- From the YouTube Data API, SocialHalo reads your channel name and avatar, your subscriber, view, and video counts, the videos you have uploaded along with their titles, descriptions, and thumbnails, and the public comments left on those videos.
- From the YouTube Analytics API, it reads performance figures for that same channel: views, watch time, average view duration, subscribers gained, audience-retention curves, and the age, gender, and country breakdown of your viewers.
What SocialHalo never does
- Upload, edit, or delete anything on your channel. The connection is read-only.
- Read another person's channel or private analytics. Every request is scoped to the channel you connected.
- Sell your data, or use it for advertising or ad targeting.
- Use your YouTube data to train a general-purpose AI model.
How to turn it off
You can disconnect the channel from SocialHalo Settings at any time, or revoke access directly from your Google security settings. Either one stops the connection and deletes the YouTube data we hold for that channel. Deleting your workspace deletes it too.
SocialHalo uses YouTube API Services. Connecting a channel means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies to the data Google processes. Our full privacy policy and terms of service cover how SocialHalo handles the rest of your data.
